This 2-hour workshop blends intentional movement, guided breathwork, and gentle pressure-point techniques to help the body unwind and the mind settle. Through slow, grounded standing and seated practices, you’ll explore how mindful movement and conscious breathing work together to release tension and restore balance throughout the shoulders, neck, and back.
This is more than a class—it’s a guided reset designed to help you understand how stress patterns show up in your body and how breath can dissolve them from within. You’ll leave with simple, effective tools to calm your nervous system anytime—at home, at work, or whenever you need to come back to center.
Each participant will also receive a breath whistle—a special gift designed to support your practice both in class and in everyday life, helping you reconnect to calm whenever you need it.
