You'll be held in the restorative vibrations of 14 crystal singing bowls, including those tuned to Solfeggio frequencies and 432 Hz chakra tones, designed to realign your energy and lull you back into resonance with your truest self.

This session also features Tibetan full bowls and an array of ancient instruments—tapping into tones that echo the frequency of a time before time was known. These sacred sounds awaken forgotten wisdom, clear stagnation, and invite a powerful return to inner harmony.

Guided Walking Forest Meditation


Step into the forest for a meditative journey guided by nature’s rhythm and the breath. This one-hour experience includes reflective journaling prompts and moments of silence, inviting you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with presence.

Nourishing Farm-to-Table Lunch & Snack/Drink Bar


Prepared by Leah Hill, co-owner of Harvest Hills Ranch, your midday meal features pasture-raised meats, seasonal produce, and nutrient-dense, intentional ingredients—all sourced directly from the land.

You’ll also enjoy access to a thoughtfully curated snack and drink bar throughout the day, including herbal teas, Rooted cold brew coffee, infused waters, and organic, nibbles to keep you nourished and supported between sessions.

Sensory Deprivation & Neuro Reset: Sip & Receive


This quiet, and slow sensory rest invites you to return to your body through presence and awareness. As you sip, you’ll be guided to notice how emotion lives in the body—not to escape it, but to gently stay with it.
• Slow sipping, soft music, and mindful stillness create a space of inner regulation
• A shared intention is set before the first sip: “I receive what I need. I honor what I feel.”

Fire Release


Send what no longer serves you to the fire—what you're ready to let go—and call in what you're ready to welcome.
• Write your release on one side of a small page
• Write your intention or desire on the other
• Sprinkle with lavender, fold, and place into the fire
• Burn sacred cedar harvested from the ranch
