Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath Immersion 1 Hour 30 Minutes of Rest, Release & Regulation What if rest wasn’t something you had to earn—but something your body already deserves? This 90-minute experience is designed for anyone who’s feeling stressed, overstimulated, or simply exhausted. If your mind is busy and your body’s holding tension, this is your invitation to let it all go. We begin with Restorative Yoga—a floor-based practice where every pose is supported by bolsters, blankets, and props. There’s no stretching, no sweating, and no expectations. Just stillness, comfort, and space to breathe. Your nervous system gets the signal: it’s finally safe to rest. As you soften into stillness:

  • Muscles release, the mind quiets, and the body starts to repair itself naturally

This approach is trauma-informed and intentionally gentle—ideal for those recovering from emotional stress, fatigue, or burnout. Once the body is grounded, we move into a fully immersive Sound Bath, using sound frequencies to restore balance from the inside out. You’ll be bathed in soothing vibrations from These are not just sounds—they are frequencies that your body absorbs and responds to. Because your body is mostly water, these sound waves move deep into your tissues, releasing stuck energy and calming the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling:
