Your completed client intake form must be submitted via email no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. If the form is not submitted in time, you will be required to complete it during your session, which will shorten the session length. This time will not be added back or rescheduled.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be 18 years or older to schedule a session. No exceptions.

BOOKING TIME POLICY
Your scheduled session begins at the exact time booked. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please plan accordingly. If you tend to run late, we kindly ask that you give yourself extra travel time to ensure a full session experience.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Please be absolutely sure of your availability before scheduling your session.
